Refund policy

Refund Policy: Please be advised that Hair Komaa does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, with the sole exception of goods damaged during transit.

Verification Requirement: For insurance and verification purposes, a full, unedited video of the package being opened must be submitted with any damage claim. This documentation must clearly demonstrate the condition of the product upon arrival. Failure to provide this video will result in a denial of the claim. Please email @hairkomaa@gmail.com
